2RM Snatch from blocks at top of knee, then 1x2 95%, 1x2 90%
Worked up to 3 sets at 70kg/154lb, which I pulled real high and probably could have gone a little heavier, learning to get comfortable in the bottom of the overhead squat again since I haven't snatched consistently since last fall
HBBS 5x60%, 5x70%, 5x75%, 5x80%
Worked off of 150kg/330lb, last set at 120kg/264lb
Front Squat 5x60%, 3x5x65%
Worked off 143kg/315lb, last three sets at 95kg/210lb, relatively light weight but was pretty challenging, probably due to having done 5 sets of HBBS beforehand
