Hotel wod 3

Cindyish

20 min AMRAP

5 db pendlay rows 2x44lb
10 push ups
15 air squats

Somewhere between 15-18 rounds, switched to 5 single arm rows per side after 10 mins cause my lower back was sore


Then ran on the beach for 15 mins, alternating ~400m stretches in soft and hard sand
