30 Sit-ups
Move slowly and deliberately while adding weight to each of the nine deadlift sets.
Round 1: 135-155-225
Round 2: 255-315-325
Round 3: 325-345-365
Rounds 1 and 2 hook grip. Round 3 mixed grip.
