Experienced:
A. Back Squat 5×5 (75% + 30#, 5th back squat exposure)
B. Collect up to 30 man makers during the class (athletes choose weight).
A. 245-245-240-240f(4)-225(3)

Quit after the third rep @ 225, just felt tired. Probably should have made a smaller jump (did 235 5x5 last time, maybe should have jumped to 240). Need to focus on keeping my chest up 5th rep getting a bit good morning like.

B. 30 manmakers with 25# dumbbells
