For deload week I'm doing the following:
40% x 5
50% x 5
60% x 5
50% for 3 sets of 10
Accessory for 3 sets of 10 or 15.
Basically I'm reducing everything to about 60% of normal volume. Hope this deload is worth it! I've felt really antsy this whole week because I haven't been able to lift heavy...
