ASWOD
3x5 squat @ 255 (no belt, felt heavy)
3x5 press @ 120 (belted, felt heavy)

DWOD
7 RFT:
7 KB snatch (right arm) @ 2 pd (scaled to 45lbs)
7 KB snatch (left arm) @ 2 pd (scaled to 45 lbs)
7 strict pullups

16:23.  Pullups went to kipping after round 4.  I'm horrible at keeping my pace up.  One of these days...gonna change gears and hammer on metcons.  I want 500/400/300 more though.
