5/3/1 Week 2: Press 8/19/12

Press:
100lbs x 5
115lbs x 5
130lbs x max -> got 10!
75lbs 5x10
Chins 5 x max

Pretty happy with the presses today.  The 10 reps at 130 gives me a theo of 175lbs 1RM.  Last week I managed 10 reps at 125, so this is definitely an improvement.
