Did this at a light weight (75#). Working on getting under the bar faster.

2. Mobility - Front Rack

Air Force
For time while completing 4 burpees every minute, on the minute. Workout begins with burpees.
20 Thrusters 95# (scaled to 65#)
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
20 Push Jerks
20 OHS
20 Front Squats

Time 12:42

Notes: OHS were tough. Burpees didn't help.

2x1 minute plank holds

  2. Updated on the post (12:42). I was one of the slower people in the class. I think you should shoot for sub 7 minutes.
