I tried out a different class at my gym today: Fit360. This class puts you through different agility, sprinting and body weight work. It's run by a former NFL player. I liked this - definitely a different workout than CrossFit. We used hurdles, medicine balls, sleds and did sprints, jogs, push-ups, and random agility (quick feet) exercises. The class goes through 3 phases ranging from short and fast movements to longer (3 minutes), slower movements.
