My August Goals, broken down:
- Week 1: CrossFit 3x/week [achieved]
- Week 2: CrossFit 3x/week [achieved]
- Week 3: CrossFit 4x/week [achieved]
- Week 4: CrossFit 4x/week [failed - missed by 1]
- Average Rock Climbing 2.5x/week [failed - avg 2x/week]
- Track Club 3 out of 4 weeks [achieved - 4/4 weeks]
Feeling pretty good overall. This was definitely an improvement over July, and my failures were close calls. I'm feeling more fit than I was at the beginning of August and I'm excited to conquer September. I'll write a post over the weekend for September goals (unless one of you beats me to it).

35 max pullups: failed (due to injury)

144 on tabata squats: will test tomorrow and report back
Cf Bethesda 5 times per week: 2 out of 4 weeks (failed due to injury)...have kept up w/ 4 wods per week since injury, though.
Last night wod: 20 minutes on Schwinn Airdyne - 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest. My quads were on fire. Great full body workout and I think it helped unstiffen my shoulder. Excited to use it during the winter when it's too miserable to do wods outside(oh yeah, I bought an old 70s era Airdyne last night off Craigslist...an incredible workout...follow @bobbymaximus on twitter for Airdyne programming - he's the manager of Gym Jones, where the 300 guys trained).
