Changed this up a bit because I want to practice rowing more than running, but kept the spirit the same:

5x50m sprint
5x100m sprint
2x250m sprint

30 sec rest betwixt efforts.

Then:
AMRAP 8 min:
plyo pushups
strict pullups

Got 35 each.  Went from 5's, to 3's, then a few single sets.

Going to rest a week.  It's been awhile and theres a number of reasons why now is a good time for a break.  I'll be back Monday or Tuesday.  Holla.
