Since I've been out of a routine for awhile, my goals focus on my routine (not PRs).
My fitness goals:
- CrossFit 3x/week for the first 2 weeks, and 4x/week for the last 2 weeks
- Track Club 3 out of the 4 weeks in August
- Rock Climbing 2.5x/week on average
-3x5 squat @ 300

Traveling for work for the next two weeks. Unfortunately that means I'm at the mercy of the programming thrown out at the gym(s) I'll be dropping into.

Full day of Outlaw 1x/week on average
Yoga 1x/week on average
Crossfit/lifting/Outlaw 5x/week - Active rest/recovery 2x/week
Goals:

-Unassisted Ring Dips (Rogue rings in the mail)
