tues-thurs

thursday:
from the ben smith video:
2 clean every 30 seconds for 5 minutes at 145 lb. (ben smith did 235)
1 clean every 20 seconds for 5 minutes at 165 lb. (ben smith did 255)
1 clean every 30 seconds for 5 minutes at 185 lb. (ben smith did 275)
no failed pulls.

wednesday: tabata mayhem
pushups (20s on, 10 off; 8 rounds)
box jumps (20 inch)

Rest 2 min.

thrusters (20s on, 10 off; 8 rounds)
russian kb swings at 1.5 pood

Rest 2 min.
ring rows (20s on, 10 off; 8 rounds)
burpees

80 pushups, 57 box jumps, 48 thrusters, 60 kb swings, 48 ring rows, 25 burpees.  this workout really sucked.  also f*** this dc humid 110 index heat.

tuesday:
lift:
front squat 3-3-3
135, 185, 195 (pr at 3 rep max)
push press 3-3-3
135, 185(fail), 175 (tied pr)
conditioning:
amrap 6 minutes
10 push press at 85 pounds
10 pullups
20 kb swings
rest 2 min. then repeat

2 rounds on first set, on second set, 1 round and 15 kb swings (finished the set to 20 swings)
