So what do you do for cardio?

10 OTM
20% max rep pullups
Decided to work on strict pullups, did 4 OTM


2 rounds for time:
750m row (~1:55-1:58/500m)
30 burpees (30; 30)
500m run
3 min rest

15:33 - tied my friend who rowed at Harvard sooo yeah pretty happy with that. He was holding 1:43-1:45/500m on the row, the marginal effort I would have had to expend to shave 10-15 seconds off my row was totally worth saving for the burpees and run. Pretty happy with how I paced this, my splits were 6:15 and 6:18.
