Do 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off on each of these movements, rest for a minute, then move to the next movement. Keep track of the minimum number of rounds you get in each movement. Your overall score is the lowest number of reps times the weight.

In other news, I've been rocking climbing about once or twice a week and have found that I've degraded a bit in terms of skill level. I'm going to hop back on the periodized training schedule as I saw massive improvement the last time I did that. The only issue with the training schedule is that I don't get much sleep (staying at the climbing gym till 11 or 12, then waking up at 5 for CF). I might have to reduce CF in the morning to make sure I get enough rest.
