3x5 squat @ 255 (275 was gonna be impossible, ate like crap over the weekend)
3x5 press @ 115 (added a backoff set of 8 at 95)
DWOD
6x200m sprint rows, 3:1 rest, :40 on the first 3 or so then it slowed to :44
