Oldie

But a goodie (sorry can't embed videos w/ the iPad for some reason)

Worked out at this middle school in Taiwan today


Apparently anyone can go in and get swoll so that was awesome. Worked on power cleans for probably 45 mins. Trying to keep the bar swinging out away from my bod. They had some decent bars and most of the plates in the corner are bumper plates which is sweet.

Did some deadlift singles after and got up to 170kg (375lb), 10lb PR!

Worked on free standing handstands for about 10-15 mins afterwards.

  2. This video is one of my favorites. Dude is so ridiculous jacked.

    Have you seen the Pyrros Dimas training video (did someone post that on this blog before)? It's utterly insane. The most ridiculous part was when he cleans 225lbs. It literally went up as fast as a pvc pipe.

  6. Did some random crap today, didn't think it deserved it's own post.

    500 double unders, not for time

    Then 400m walking lunge, ~15:30, gotta check the watch don't remember the time off the top of my head

    Then finished with some free standing hand stand work
