I made a tab for 2012 goals

Please have at it :)

Also tested 1RMs the other day:

375 squat (should have had 380 but chickened out)
375 deadlift
255 bench
155 press

  1. Legit numbers. Still get a kick out of your deadlift:squat ratio. You ever consider filing your deadlift?
