cold as a witch's teet

biked in the 18 degree weather this morning at 5:30AM.

Elevated split squat: 5 sets x 10 each leg

5 rounds for time of:
10 pistols
10 ring pushups
10 kte

time: 11:04

Couldn't do legit pistols on left leg cause of ankle. Had to scale ring pushups and kte once I got tired. It's been awhile, but it felt good.
