Notes: pretty happy with the 218 FS, never done a 5RM before. I need to film more WODs. Probably the best way to get feedback other than having a coach watching all of your reps. The range of motion on my jerks was complete crap. It looks like I fully locked out maybe one rep. So I really probably did 1 round. Pretty pissed with the range of motion, but glad I know what I have to work on.
