1st time breathing hard since early December

slow 1 mile run (first time running since ankle sprain)

followed by:
5 rounds for time:
10 pushups
10 situps
10 airsquats

time: 5:57

struggled on the pushups on rounds 4 and 5. i am so out of shape. feels good to get the heart rate up, though. i missed it.
