3x5 press @ 120 (fail: 5-4-3; push pressed the reps i missed)

Fractional plates are on my shopping list. 5# is a rough increment for the press.

7 Ball Slams 40 lbs
Max Reps Towel Pull Ups

Subbed 14 ball slams @ 20#. Got 33 towel pullups total. Something like 7-6-5-4-4-4-4.
