3RM power clean @ 175 (PR I guess)
I was shooting for 190 which was my 1RM from mid december. Couldn't even get that for a single once I warmed up. Chalking it up to fatigue from yesterday.

Complete 2 Power Cleans and 5 Chin Ups on the minute for 15 minutes.
*Use 75%-80% of 3 RM for this workout
Used 135#. Pussed out and did 10 minutes, then 3x5 chinups while a buddy did the wod, then did the other 5 minutes. Weak.
Ate good when I got home.
