Had a partner with me today and with his help realized I've been taking much too close a grip on bench. I believe this should help me move my bench along, in addition to improvements in technique.

Subbed 20# ball slams for sledgehammers. Total reps: 238, 45ish of which were from the burpees. I have a spot of numbness on one of my index fingers since finishing the workout last night. I'm guessing I pinched a nerve slightly grinding out some of those deadlifts...gonna have to do some research and massage...
