In anticipation of my trip to Colorado (hiking at altitude), I am trying to run a few times a week to increase my aerobic endurance. I am feeling pretty tired during and after these runs, so I think it's worth spending time trying to improve.
I am logging the total amount of time I run, stopping my watch whenever I walk. Eventually, I won't be walking at all, but I don't have the capability to run this long without walking right now.
