3 Hang power cleans @ 225 (scaled to 155)
Sprint 50 yds (subbed 100m sprint row)
*rest 45 seconds between rounds (subbed transit times to/from rower/platform)
25:04. Got 4 rounds @ 155 and realized that was overly ambitious so dropped it down to 135. I think a lot of that time went to getting strapped on to the rower, walking about, spotting someone on bench, etc. I went hard enough to be satisfied with that performance. My hips and ass are toast.
