Really wanted 215 today, blame the missed attempt on not getting 8 hours of sleep in several weeks
For time:
200m run
5 thrusters (60-70% of 1RM) [135#] (5)
10 chest to bar pullups (10)
400m run
10 thrusters [135#] (8; 2)
20 chest to bar pullups (15-5)
800m run
15 thrusters [135#] (5; 5; 5)
30 chest to bar pullups (10; 5; 5; 5; 2; 3)
13:55 - pretty happy with this effort, always a fan of 135# thrusters in a workout, pullups weren't bad, run was slow, obvi.
