17:21 - completely botched the first round of bar muscle ups, I wasn't releasing my grip and getting my elbows over the bar so I failed probably 7-10 reps. I think I only failed 1 or 2 in the remaining rounds. Split snatches are awkward, especially with your non dominant leg, and probably look disgusting.
