Probably could have done 140-145#, pullups got real hard, push press sets were all within a few seconds of each other cause they were unbroken. Last few sets of pullups sucked, six singles? Seriously?

Good workout, plenty of skill work but still with the opportunity to go pretty heavy. Big fan of OTM oly lifts, still moving a good amount of weight but enough time to concentrate on technique and improve your reps as you go along.
