Was gonna take a rest day, partially cause yesterday should have really been a rest day but I wanted to test the 1RM squat, and partially cause my hands are ripped to shreds. Ate a bunch of crap last night so I felt obligated to do something today, with the caveat that I couldn't really use my hands or do anything that required intense grip work.
Warmup:
1630m run with weighted vest - never done anything with a weighted vest, increases the suck factor exponentially, should probably do it more often
30 min OTM
2-3 Front squats
5 GHD sit ups
First 2 min 3x135#
Next 2 min 3x155#
Remaining mins 2x185#
Then worked up to heavy front squat single:
195-205-225
