Haven't posted in quite a while. Life has been ridiculous lately. Long story short, I'm going to be moving away from Chicago to San Francisco! First thing I'll do when I get there is a consultation with KStar :)

Deadlift 370 1x5
Bench 240 for 5
Press 140 3x5
