8x2 power snatch @ 95 (subbed hang snatch because my little bitch plates were so small)
3xME strict pullups (15-10-8; not my best work)
DWOD
8x100yd sprints with 60 s rest (subbed sprint rows)
Rowed ~2k in ~8 min with the sprints in there. I dont know what this says about my pacing ability, because that time is just about equivalent to my 2k time. I might row a 2k sometime again and use a similar sprint/row scheme.
