2015-01-02 Crossfit CE

The workout prescribed 10x1 back squats at 90%, but since it's my second day back in 3 months, I did a bunch of sets at lighter weights, maxing out around 105.

Metcon:
21-15-9
Walls Balls 20# (scaled to 14#)
Pull-ups (banded)
Thrusters 95# (scaled to 65#)
Box Jumps
KB Swings (scaled to 35#)
