2014-09-16 Crossfit CE (MB)

Last Thursday's workout took me out of commission for the weekend. 

Strength:
Establish 1RM for Floor Press

1RM = 220#

Metcon 1:
10 min EMOM:
OHS with 2 second pause

95-95-115-115-115-115-115-115-115-115

Metcon 2:
3 rounds of 5min Cindy with 90second rest between each 5min set

Rounds: 8+15

I keep ripping and re-ripping my hands when doing pull-ups.
