\\ 27:48 (2:43-3:13-3:24-3:13-3:15) squat clean to thrusters were all singles. This was mfing hard, I guess when anything is labelled "pain threshold training" it's not gonna be pleasant. Legs are smoked after rowing/squat clean thrustering, then shoulders are smoked after thrustering/weighted burpeeing.Notes: This entire WOD should be performed with a 20/10# vest.
