So Halloween and Sandy made it irresistible for me to exist on booze and take-out food for 5 days...I suck. Easing back into things:
3x5 squat @ 265 (dominant)
3x5 bench @ 170 (fail: 5-4-4)
Will try to get the DWOD done at home later, probably not. Baby steps...my liver hurts...
