Conditioning:
Run to a park near by my house (~300 meters)
Do 10 pullups (unbroken)
Run back to my house
30 Push press at 95 lb.
50 situps (unbroken)
On the conditioning, I was running back to my house and saw a dog (thought it was a bear at first) in the middle of the road in front of my house, which is a pretty busy road at rush hour. Stopped my workout mid-wod and went to save the dog and return it to its dumbass owners who didn't seem to care. Did the running/pullup portion of the wod a second time and finished the wod for a time of 8:04.
im picturing you cleaning a big dog by the scruff in the middle of a busy street...it's way badass in my mind's eye
