Pull ups
I did the first 30 pull ups with no bands, tore my hand, then switched to a blue band for the rest. Any tips on how to make my hand heal quickly?

Set a goal for your time next time you do Fran, like 7:30 or something.
ReplyDeleteGood work on the pullups. Get some vitamin B gel capsules from the pharmacy, poke a hole in one and apply to your open sores. Try to do this several times a day. Also pound ibuprofen cause it's gonna be uncomfortable for a 3-4 days. I've heard bagbalm works well too but I haven't tried it before.
