So today I was on track to hit PR's in bench and squat but the CFFB workout deviated from the normal course (I think it's in between cycles on the collegiate/professional levels). So I danced to the beat of my own drum for today, while pretty much hitting the movements the programming calls for.
3x5 bench @ 165 (PR)
3x5 squat @ 275 (PR)
3x250m sprint row (45.6, 45.7, 46.5)
I could barely utilize my hips/legs at all after the squats, so I'm surprised I was on a decent 500m split pace. Gonna hit up a 500m sprint sometime when convenient (and rested) in the near future, I'm thinking I've improved a lot from my current best. Perhaps saturday if I'm not feeling the programmed workout...
