9:47. Hip movement in the press really made all the difference. It was blattant on reps when I fucked the form up vs when I had my hips opened up well at the start of the movement. This was a great exercise in press form.
Oh yeah, new post on talk to me johnnie that I found really interesting (link on the right). Welbourn takes like $4k/year in vitamins and other supplements, not including whey, creatine, and BCAAs. Won't be jumping on board that hardcore, but it's been a good reminder to keep my diet as clean as I can and to keep up with daily vitamin usage. Gonna get started again with creatine and BCAAs in more or less the scheme he does, just scaled quantities.
