I joined a track club made up of a few people from my gym. They meet on Tuesdays around 6:30 and always do different workouts. Today we completed the FBI Fitness Test.
The test went as follows:
Max Situps in 1 minute - Score: 41
300m Sprint - Score: 42 seconds
Max Pushups - Score: 31
1.5 mile run - Score: 12 minutes
Max Pull-ups - Score: 11
I just barely passed the test. My weakest point was the 1.5 mile run. My strongest was the sprint.
what determines passing/failing? can you do kipping pullups on this test?
ReplyDeletethere's a scoring guide somewhere. you need to reach a minimum requirement on each workout, and depending on how well you do, you earn a score for each one as well. if that score is greater than or equal to 12, you pass.
