Was feeling beat last week, so I took Fri-Sun as rest days.
Squat: 240x5x3
Bench: 175x5x3
Deadlift: 255x5
2 rounds (+10 pounds):
60s plank (center, left, right)
15 declined sit-ups
Pull-ups: 6,5,5
