Warmup: 500m row

Squat: 220x3x5
Bench: 185x3x5
Power Cleans: 135x5x3
Planks (center, left, right): 75s x 2
Declined Situps: 15x2
Pull ups: 8,7,6
Bent Row: 115x3x8
Curlz: 70x3x10

Definitely feeling pretty tired during the day after these workouts. Not sure if it's my sleepy or the volume. Probably both. Added PCs today as a DL substitute.
