Warmup: 1K row

Squat: 210x3x5
Bench: 180x3x5
Deadlift: 135x5,225x5,245x3 (hamstring rehab)
Planks (center, left right): 75s x 2
Declined Situps; 15x2
Pullups: 6,6,5
Bent Row: 115x3x{10,8,8}
Curlz: 70x3x{10,8,8}

Deloaded on bent row so that I can hold the top of the range of motion. Felt like I was cheating before. Hamstring is feeling much better, but still not 100%.
