Getting swoll

First time lifting at the gym at work in a few months

Squat 14x235
Bench 13x165

BB Gymnastics:
5x2 Clean and jerk 80% 60-80s rest
175#

I like the 5x2, 80%, 60-80s rest combo - heavy enough that it's not hard but enough time between sets that I felt like my form got better with each rep.
