I dropped down 20 pounds on my squat to give myself a bit of a runway as I start my LP again. My warm-up has become a 1K row.
Squat: 165x3x5
Press: 105x3x5
Deadlift: 235x1x5
Dips: 8,5,5
Planks: 45sx2 (center, left, right)
Declined Situps: 10x2
