Got 116 reps. Was surprised/pleased with how I did on the pullups, averaged maybe 6/round.
Just did this in the hotel gym. Fun WOD.
ReplyDeleteStarted off with 12 mins of handstand practice in my room. Outlaws programmed a few days of 12 min handstand practice over the last few weeks, definitely starting to see some improvement. Did all free standing work today, worked up to 3-4 seconds free standing, definitely a PR, managed 3-4 "steps" a few times too.
Pounded a plate of dessert before working out, which is probably why I felt like I was going to vomit after round 3.

Burpees: 14, 16, 16, 17, 16
182 reps. Pullups felt weaksauce but I guess I never do weighted pullups so I'll take it?
Shit just realized 50lb was rx. Oh well, still a good burner.
