Good wod to work on pacing, challenging with the heavy kb, never done goblet squats that heavy before.
Goblet squats? Sounds like a sex move, please elaborate.
ReplyDeleteHold a dumbbell (or kb) in front of your chest/under your chin, like you're holding a goblet I guess, and squat. Like a front squat.
