2x3 hang clean at 85%, then 2x3 at 90%
90kg/198lb and 95kg/210lb
1rm push press + push jerk + split jerk
100kg/220lb
5x4-5 front squat with 2 second pause in bottom at 70%
Went with 90kg/198lb, which was hard as shit, 70% would have been around 115kg/253lb
