DCF 4/20/15

didn't have a lot of time so did a quickish metcon I got from CrossFit Lynchpin
 
3 rounds for time:
 
30 double unders
15 t2b (subbed ghd sit ups cause my shoulder is feeling weird)
15 hang squat cleans 135#

30-20-10
 
deadlifts 155#
box jumps 24"
hand release push ups

had some time to kill afterwards so jumped into 1RM 2" deficit deadlift with some guys, hit 405# and stopped cause it felt real hard
